VetkinTape® works according to the principles of kinesiology tape for the human market. VetkinTape® is applied to the skin and has an elastic quality. This allows it to decompress the skin to help relieve pressure and pain. Healing is accelerated by increasing the availability of oxygen, lymph and blood flow. VetkinTape® can also ensure that toxins are drained away sooner. This is especially desirable in case of swelling and oedema. Order

How can I place an order?

1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.

2. Click on the ‘category’ you wish to search.

3. Select ‘add to cart’ once for each item required. For items with colour variations click ‘select options’ or select the image of the product and enter the amount of each colour of item you would like to order.

4. To check the order or make amendments hover over the blue shopping bag in the header (upper right corner) and click ‘view cart’. If required delete mistakenly ordered items. To add further items click the ‘shop’ tab and continue creating the order.

5. Finally check the order by selecting ‘view cart’ by hovering over the shopping bag in the upper right corner.

6. Click the button ‘proceed to checkout’ if you have checked the cart and would like to order the items in it.

7. If you already have an account, you can login with your existing account. If you do not have an account yet you could choose to register or to proceed as a guest. If you register you do not have to fill in all of your personal information for your next order.

8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click ‘place order’.

9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.

Return Policy

What is the return period?

Our return policy is 30 days after product purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days we can offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return, or exchange an item send us an email to [email protected] include a brief description with the reason of returning the product, the original order number and a photo/video if applicable. Wait for a reply (within 5 working days) before sending your item to us. Sometimes postage goes missing. THYSOL USA’s responsibility ceases once we have deposited your products with the postage contractor. We highly recommend when checking out with your order online that you consider; signature on delivery/loss or damage insurance. If items don’t arrive at the end destination we will lodge a dispute query with the freight carrier. In out experience even in favourable cases a reimbursement of up to $50 may be possible therefore insurance should always be considered.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via the original method of payment, within a certain time period (approx 10 working days). Please be aware that some external payment providers can then take up to 30 days to credit funds back to an account or card.

Tape for knuckling paws.

Needed something to protect paws for a 13 year old corgi with IVDD. Nothing else I tried worked. Recommended by my dogs acupuncturist. Really fast shipping, thankful for that. Great product.

Just getting started

I am just getting started with this modality after attending a wet lab about it at the recent ISDVMA meeting. I have only applied it once so far- on my own dog who developed some edema and swelling due to a vaccine reaction. I used the taping along with laser and NSAID and the swelling and edema resolved. She accepted the taping very well. I look forward to using it for other applications.
